We’re excited to feature Russell Parker, a valued PURE Management Alliance Instructor and expert in project risk management. As the owner of Forty-Four Risk PM, LLC, Russell brings a wealth of experience, blending over two decades of U.S. Marine Corps service with his role as a project manager in the financial sector.
A Cleveland native now based in St. Augustine, Florida, Russell retired as a Major in the United States Marine Corps in 2023 after serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, commanding up to 250 Marines. He is also a brain tumor survivor, which reflects his resilience both personally and professionally. Russell holds a Master's in transportation and logistics management and certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, and LSSBB.
Russell’s company, Forty-Four Risk PM, LLC, focuses on educating, coaching, and mentoring new project managers.
